The letters OTO stand for Ordo Templi Orientis, the Order of Oriental Templars, or Order of the Temple of the East. The OTO is dedicated to the high purpose of securing the Liberty of the Individual and his or her advancement in light, Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, and Power. This is accomplished through Beauty, Courage, Wit, on the Foundation of Universal Brotherhood.

The OTO is the first of the Old Aeon orders to accept The Book of the Law, received by Aleister Crowley in 1904 EV , with its message of a revolution in human thought, culture and religion based upon a single supreme injunction: the Law of Thelema, which is "Do What thou Wilt". This law is not to be interpreted as a license to indulge every passing whim, but rather as the mandate to discover one's True Will and accomplish it, leaving others to do the same in their own unique ways. "Every man and every woman is a star".

The Law of Thelema can ultimately be fulfilled only through the efforts of each individual. Nevertheless, many worthy aspirants to the Great Work of Thelema have a genuine need for information, guidance, fellowship, or the opportunity to assist their fellow aspirants and serve humanity. Such aspirants will find welcome in the order...

O.T.O. is a California charitable corporation and a federally recognized tax-exempt religious entity under IRS section 501c (3). We have proven ourselves to be the genuine O.T.O. of Aleister Crowley, both in the U.S. Federal Courts, and more importantly by our demonstrated success in faithfully promulgating practical Thelemic philosophy through a careful implementation of Crowley's vision of the mission of the Order.

O.T.O. currently operates in 17 countries worldwide and has approximately 3,000 active members. Within the broad context of Thelema, O.T.O. functions as a fraternal, initiatory, social and educational organization of a religious nature.

93 Oasis was dissolved into ecstasy, on Aug 7th, 2009 ev, and merged with Golden Lotus Oasis. Today, entwined, the threads of 93 Oasis and Golden Lotus Oasis will continue to promulgate the Law of Thelema, "Do What thou Wilt", from behind the Orange Curtain.

93 Oasis had been first chartered in 1981ev. Frater IO Pan first created 93 Camp and served as Master, from Camp to Oasis to Lodge status, up until the year 1998, followed by Soror SaRa who served as Master of 93 Lodge for the next two years, followed by Frater Aleph who served as Master of 93 Lodge from Dec. 1999 to 2006ev, followed by Soror Mayet who served as 93 Oasis Master from 2006 to 2009ev. Soror SaRa again served as Master until dissolution.

93 Oasis had performed and hosted over these 28 years many: Initiations, Masses, Classes, Rituals, Seminars, Camp outs, and made up a vital part of the Southern California OTO community. 93 Oasis's membership spanned most of Southern California, and in some ways still does in the body of Golden Lotus Oasis.
